Summer Job: Sales Advisor – H&M, Växjö

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you help create an outstanding customer experience by welcoming customers, guiding them in-store, and supporting them in finding what they need while showcasing our products.

You share your fashion and product knowledge, collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service, and keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organized, and inviting. You also support with opening and closing the store and represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

The role suits people with experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields. You’re passionate about fashion, enjoy collaborative and dynamic environments, communicate well, and are curious to work with store technology. Flexibility and a proactive approach are important.

This is a temporary summer position with both 5 hour per week and 8 hour per week contracts, starting in April or by agreement. You should be able to work during store opening hours, and Swedish or English is needed. Sales Advisors are hired for H&M Växjö City and H&M Växjö Samarkand.
