Summer Job: AI Developer Experience Intern – Flower, Stockholm

You’ll work in the Platform Team on developer experience for AI agents, shaping how Flower’s developers collaborate with AI tools.

What you’ll do

Explore and develop DevEx for AI agents in software engineering workflows

Prototype new development workflows using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and agent SDKs, including CI/CD and GitHub Actions integrations

Research and design frameworks for trust and quality in AI-generated contributions

Evaluate how AI-assisted tooling can improve productivity across engineering teams

Collaborate with the Platform Squad to align findings with org-wide developer productivity goals

What you are

Studies in Engineering (ideally Software Engineering or Computer Science/Machine Learning)

In final years or recently graduated

Fluent written and spoken English

Eligible to work in Sweden and based in Stockholm

Available full time from June 8 for about 8–10 weeks
