You're part of a food revolution. 👨‍🍳 What You'll Actually Be Doing The Day-to-Day (The Real Stuff!) 🔪 Prep work: Chopping, slicing, marinating, measuring 🥘 Cooking support: Assist with cooking, frying, grilling, assembling dishes 🌶️ Learn exotic ingredients: belacan, pandan, galangal, kaffir lime 📦 Ingredient prep & organization: Mise en place, stock rotation 🧽 Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning: Maintain a spotless workspace 🍚 Plate & package orders: Ensure every dish looks beautiful 🏁 High-volume service: Fast, efficient, teamwork-focused 🧹 Kitchen cleanliness: Food safety standards, deep cleaning
